| Description: |
This specimen has a group of lime green colored crystals of andradite var. demantoid. The crystals are fairly uniform in size and reach up to 0.7 cm across. There has been a recent rash of glued specimens from this locality and that got my heart pumping. I was relieved to see under the microscope that this specimen is 100% real and not the product of a sweat shop in Madagascar. |
